Job description: 15 hours a week This position is for someone age 21-32 (Male) to LIVE with young adults who are neurodiverse and/or LGBTQ who have the desire to learn how to live independently. Applicant will have a private bedroom and private bathroom. A schedule will be created to separate shift work and personal time. General Job Duties On-Call for emergencies 3-4 nights a week, 10pm to 9am. Available to answer phone calls and respond in person. Modeling how to be a good roommate Engaging in shared activities, including cleaning, cooking, recreation, etc. Requirements 21-32 years of age Valid drivers license Be able to pass a background check Be able to pass a drug test Compensation may include but is not limited to : Mileage reimbursement(must have personal vehicle) Low monthly rent Time compensation Preferred but not required Degree in Social Work or Related Field Interest in sports, outdoor activities, games, D&D, Magic the Gathering Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Benefits: Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Work Location: In person
