Of all the many fish in the sea, how can I get more eyes on me? When trying to sell your home or rent your property, being spotted in the big ocean of listings can be tricky. KSL Homes has Custom Ribbons to help you get greater exposure and recognition on your listings. Think of it as our way of reeling you to the surface a bit. What can you expect when purchasing a KSL Homes Custom Ribbon?
Your limit is 20 characters. That is characters, not words. That means periods, dashes, spaces, etc., will all be counted. Fewer characters will be better, but any more than 20 and the wording will be cut off from viewers. This is your chance to really sell yourself (and your property) with the right verbiage.
It will be $10 per Custom Ribbon added to a listing. This price lasts for the life of the listing and ribbon, and there will be no other fees to change the wording of the ribbon. If you take the listing down before the home is sold or rented out, you will need to pay $10 again if you wish to add another ribbon.
It’s best to add a Custom Ribbon right when you create a listing. However, you can change the ribbon at any time throughout the life of the listing. When creating a new listing, there will be an option to add your Custom Ribbon at the standard checkout.
Are you a landlord or homeowner with multiple properties? You may wish to list more than one property at a time and add more than one Custom Ribbon at a time. If so, you will be eligible for a business package deal on your KSL Homes Custom Ribbons.
