The showcase is presented by the Salt Lake Home Builders Association. Homes are open Aug. 1-16, Tuesday-Saturday, from noon to 9 p.m.

Enjoy modern and luxurious features.
This year also brings innovative technology for climate-friendly homes — including the largest passive house in the country by Cross Construction. With cutting-edge features, its spacious floorplan doesn’t mean sacrificing healthy indoor air quality and ideal temperatures year-round.
You’ll see properties that have home theaters with sound isolation technology, homes with spa-like bathrooms and gourmet kitchens. Destination Homes will be showcasing a stunning home on The Island in Daybreak. You won’t be getting island fever here!
You’ll see familiar builders, including last year’s People’s Choice winner, City Point Homes, showcasing. This year there will also be three homes in Tooele county built by Hamlet Homes, GTM Builders and Kirk D Pearson Construction.
