About the house: The unit is furnished and utilities are included. Located 17 mins from Big Cottonwood Canyon, 20 mins from Downtown Salt Lake and and 20 mins from Lehi. It has its own washer and dryer and a functional wood chimney. There is room in the garage for you to use. There is a huge backyard. If you like keeping a garden you are welcome to do it. If you have a dog or cat, they are welcome and will love the space in the back. There is also a basketball court at your disposal. There is a 2 car garage .
