Tenants and their guests are required to smoke only in designated outdoor areas that are located a reasonable distance from the property to ensure that smoke does not enter the units. It is the responsibility of the tenants to ensure that smoking waste is properly disposed of in appropriate receptacles and not littered on the property. Violation of the smoking policy will result in penalties, including but not limited to cleaning fees, fines, and possible termination of the lease agreement.
