Two male rooms are available with a shared bathroom. Available ~June 6, 2026 (the move out date of the current tenants is not yet set in stone). Common area includes the kitchen, a living room upstairs and in the basement, as well as a large storage room in the basement. Street parking only. Lease goes through July 31, 2027. 25% of the security deposit is not refundable. No excessive noise from 9pm-7am and no dirty dishes left overnight.
