The room will be deep cleaned before move in.) The apartment is a two bed, two bath, on the second floor with elevator access. You will have your own room and bathroom and the living room and kitchen space is free to use. External amenities included (pool, gym, park). Washer, dryer, and dishwasher included in unit. I'm a quiet and clean person and work full time. The full rent is $2000 with utilities included so you will only have to pay $1000. No deposit required.
