Furnished private room, no pets, no children. This is a family environment, meaning that you are living among a family. We have a 16 year old living at home and 2 dogs. We also usually have 2-3 other students living here as well and because of that we can not accept applicants with children. Fully furnished including bed, desk, nightstand and wardrobe. (Furniture provided may be different than what is pictured.) Included with rent: Washer/dryer access along with detergent and dryer sheets. Kitchen access, as well as everything in the kitchen like pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc., bathroom access, with personal space for storage and a personal towel hook. Street parking.
