I'm looking for a kind and responsible person to rent a room in my home. I'd prefer to have an LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+-friendly roommate. Here are more details! The property is in West Jordan, just off Mountain View Corridor. It's also super close to a newly announced (but not yet open) Trader Joe's (https://www.traderjoes.com/home/announcements?category=store-openings&id=1142877131)! I estimate it would generally take 5-10 minutes to walk there, no crossing major roads necessary! The individual in this space will have their own private bedroom and bathroom, plus access to a shared kitchen and common areas. I have a high-energy little labradoodle, but she's also super cute and sweet. Utilities, such as Google Fiber internet, are included in the monthly price. I have a mattress that's had a protector on it its whole life that somebody could use if wanted and needed. I'd be happy to answer any questions.
