Seeking a roommate to share a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. Most of the apartment is furnished, except for the room for rent, and avaliable for use. The bathroom is a full bathroom, but it is the public bathroom, so it is expected to be upkept. All utilities are covered with the rent. 925 monthly, and a 250-dollar deposit upon move-in. Note: I will subtract the cost if moving in partway through a month, if that happens. Utilities that are included are high-speed internet, gas, garbage, heat, electricity, and water. I have ESA cats and a dog. Pets are okay, but they have to be compatible with my animals. This might also affect the rent cost, depending on whether they are ESA-registered. The apartment includes a pool, dog park, dog washing station, basketball court, grills, and kids' playground. There is a patio being installed and some renovations going on, so please be mindful of this. About me: I'm female and 29. I work hybrid/remotely, so I'm home regularly. I am consistent with cleaning up after myself, making rent payments, and being courteous of other people's space and time. I ask for the same in return. I ask for privacy and respect for each other's space and belongings. I prefer a quiet, peaceful environment. No excessive guests, partying, etc. LGBTQ+ friendly.
