I have 2 private Female rooms coming available on July 31st. (Bring a friend) Bedroom 1 is a private bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. Rent is $775/month. Bedroom 2 is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Rent is $590/month. Tenants responsible for electric and gas. Located in the Lakefront townhome community, you get access to the clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts, gym and walking trails. There is 1 female tenant who is staying. She has been here multiple years and loves it. She is a working professional, and gets along great with everyone. This is a fun, social, happy community. All of our tenants have loved living here over the last 5 years.
