For rent is a single master bedroom with a separate entrance, private living area, and a private master bathroom with walk-in closet. Living space for the tenant is approximately 1000 square feet comprised of bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. Tenant will share the upstairs kitchen, family room, and dining areas with three other tenants. The kitchen has a two fridges with freezers, dishwasher, an electric convection oven, gas stove top, and microwave. Tenant will share a fridge with one other tenant. The upstairs community living areas are furnished and the bedroom may be furnished or unfurnished, as needed by the tenant. The private living room area is unfurnished. The house is ideally located close to the freeway, many "Silicon Slope" companies, schools, and shopping centers. All utilities, internet, yard care, and snow removal are provided by the landlord. Internet is Google Fiber and very fast. The house is located in an upper middle class neighborhood. Bedroom doors have keyed locks. The exterior door is dead bolted with a personal entry key code. Off street parking is available. The house is only being rented out to single females. Smoking, drinking, non prescription/recreational drugs are not permitted on premise. Absolutely no dogs or cats allowed. No non family overnight guests are permitted. Please don't ask. All interested applicants will need to fill out an application and be interviewed by the property manager who lives there prior to approval. Prior landlord references are required. Tenants who keep a clean and tidy house will be considered before others. There is a deposit of one month rent. The entire deposit is refundable depending upon cleanliness of areas used by tenant after moving out. Refunds are paid usually within five days of moving out.
