My teenage daughter visits occasionally, so it is important that the individual renting the basement is respectful, responsible, and considerate of a shared living environment. Since purchasing the home a year ago, I have lived here alone and have greatly enjoyed the experience. I recently decided to rent the basement as a way to make better use of the space while providing a comfortable living arrangement for someone who values a clean, quiet, and respectful home.
