Located in Millcreek, the house is central to everything: -walking distance to Planet Fitness, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants -less than 5 minutes to “downtown” Sugarhouse, Westminster College, Millcreek Common, Sugarhouse Park, Liberty Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and the Momentum climbing gym - approx. 10 minutes to the mountains -approx. 12 minutes to the University of Utah or downtown Salt Lake City The housemates are grad students and young professionals—they’re clean, responsible, and friendly!
