The room: The room is an extra-large bedroom (approx. twice the size of a normal bedroom), and shares an extra large bathroom, and a separate living room with one housemate. The bathroom has double sinks, and a very large double-headed shower that’s about 3x the size of a standard shower. New paint & tile flooring throughout. Room features recessed lighting, and an extra-large closet). The property: The house is very spacious (about 3,000 sq ft; twice the square footage of a typical SLC house). The house has three floors (two bedrooms/one bathroom on bottom floor, two bedrooms/one bathroom on middle floor, and a master suite on the top floor); this provides a lot of separation and privacy for each housemate. The common areas are nicely furnished, but the individual room is not furnished (so, you’ll need to bring your own bed, dresser, etc.) All housemates have access to a washer and dryer, a very large kitchen with newer appliances, a primary living room with two-story cathedral ceilings, and a back deck and a fenced back yard. All housemates have off-street parking on a driveway. Location: Less than 5 minute walk to Planet fitness, bus stops, a City Park w/ Wasatch Gardens community vegetable garden, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants/bars/shops. Less than 5 minutes’ drive to: Sugarhouse commercial district, Millcreek Common, Liberty Park, 9th & 9th, Trax, Whole Foods, Harmon’s, Home Depot, Westminster College, St. Mark’s Hospital, Sugarhouse Park, etc. Approx 10 minute drive to: downtown SLC, SLCC, Murray, Intermountain Health Center, Red Butte Gardens, University of Utah. Approx 12-15 minute drive to: SLC Int’l Airport, or the stunning Wasatch Mountains. …in other words, you’ll rarely have to drive further than 15 minutes to get what you want, and 90% of attractions/amenities are less than 10 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, gyms, public swimming pools, golf courses, and other amenities within a 5 minute drive. The housemates: Housemates are responsible, clean, quiet, friendly and all around easy-to-live-with folks. Grad students and young professionals—a good crew. Overall, this is a great house, with great housemates, in a great neighborhood! Rent & utilities: First month's rent is discounted to $575 (including all utilities and Google Fiber internet). Subsequent months are $975 (again, including all utilities and internet). Lease Terms: I will require a background check, proof of employment/income and references before lease signing. First month’s rent and deposit are due at lease signing (deposit is same amount as a full month's rent). The last month’s rent is due within 45 days of lease signing.
