This is a large one bedroom with a small walk in closet and a bonus storage space or office. It is perfect for a couple, or a single person who works from home. A couple is preferred. Tenants will have the upstairs two bedrooms, and I will be a roommate with a bedroom in the basement. We will share the bathroom, and common spaces. The photos show the current owners furniture- it will only be partially furnished upstairs with room for some of your own furniture. A little about me- I have a medium sized pup, and we both like to get outside most days. We do a lot of hanging in the backyard. I often have people over for a few drinks and meals, but in general have been working nights. I typically am gone from June-September, so the house would be (mostly) yours. I'm looking for like-minded tenants. Relaxed, fine with a few people over, but no real raging parties.
