Located less than 30 minutes from Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. Available November 1, 2024 to May 15, 2025. You'll stay warm in the winter with instant hot water, radiant floors and a wood burning stove. Equipped with all cookware, kitchenware, appliances, outdoor BBQ, coffee maker, linens and furniture. Personal cabin and pastured chicken ranch during non-winter months. We are excited to share it with a lucky tenant. Happy to give a video tour upon request.
