I am looking for someone to take over my lease which is up November 2026. It's a three bedroom two and a half bath fully remodeled great condition. There has only ever been two tenants in this unit and I am the second one so it's been kept up very well. I am having to take care of a parent full-time now and my town home does not fit the needs so I need to move as soon as possible no later than the end of July. The rent includes Wi-Fi water sewage garbage. You can apply through the rental office at Summit at Layton or online and they'll just check your credit as normal and it would just be a takeover the lease and so there would be no deposit or anything on your end. There is a $300 takeover fee but I will take care of that. You can schedule time with me (Sharlotte) for a walk through at any time.
