I am looking for someone to take over my lease which is up November 2026. The townhome was fully remodeld in the summer of 2025. There has only ever been two tenants in this unit and I am the second one so it's been kept up very well. I am having to take care of a parent full-time now and my town home does not fit the needs so I need to move as soon as possible, no later than the end of July.
