The backyard is fenced with a great deck and a small yard (typical for Daybreak). Daybreak has great community offerings included in the ~$140/mo HOA. There are a number of community swimming pools, a gym, tons of events, and internet through Centurylink is included. There is a community Harmons for groceries a four minute drive away along with a bunch of restaurants, parks, and the Bees stadium within the same distance.
