I'm looking to rent two bedrooms in my home in Tooele. Located close to the Tooele library and aquatic Center. The rent cost includes two rooms and a bathroom. I am experienced with renting bedrooms and I'm very respectful of other's space and expect the same, and find most do. One bedroom is carpeted and is a bit bigger and has a bigger closet. New paint in the bedroom and carpet has just been cleaned. $1,000 monthly rent $500 refundable deposit Living room, dining room and kitchen have shared use. There is a double oven to make cooking easier and not interrupt each other's schedules/needs easier. You will have your own refrigerator for your use to keep food separate. I have found in my experience this is a huge plus to have your own fridge and freezer space. Access to microwave and etc in the kitchen. Two private bedrooms and a mostly private bathroom. The shower and toilet will be strictly for your use. I just have to be able to go in to do laundry as the washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. Parking in driveway available. Wi-Fi and utilities included. Pets will be considered. I do have my own dogs and cats. An additional pet deposit/monthly pet fee may be required and amount would depend on the pet. My house is small, but we make it work. I'm generally easy to get along with and heavily rely and expect communication to help make things work the best they can for everyone. I'm a third grade teacher. Drugs of any kind will not be tolerated. No smoking. Rooms will be available as early as December 1st. Month to month lease. Please message me with questions.
