This is a master bedroom for rent on the second floor. It has a large vanity, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. It can be furnished with the items shown in the pictures, except for the couch, recliner, and round table. If you have your own furniture, the furnished items can be removed. You will also have access to the clubhouse and two swimming pools during the summer, a small patio in the back with a barbecue, plenty of storage space, and a personal covered parking space. The master bath has been updated. The tenant will pay half of the electricity and internet. I own a cat. If you have a cat or a dog, they must be cat-friendly.
