We have 2 rooms currently coming available for rent. Both rooms are downstairs next to shared bathroom and laundry room. The only other people that live in the house are myself, mother and son. We like to keep these rooms open to people willing to be respectful to the rules of the house and others and do their part in cleaning the shared facilities/areas of the house. It's a large house so being downstairs you don't even know we're there most days. We are a dog friendly house so this is open to people who are happy and comfortable being around dogs.
