Guest Lodge is new and is lovely.You have access to your own washer and dryer in the garage below the Lodge. Air conditioned in summer plus a new range. Rent is $1075 a month plus utilities $245 per month paid with rent. There is high speed internet available with Comcast for an additional fee . No pets allowed. No Smoking, No Alcohol drinking parties. Some potential opportunity for livestock for an additional charge. Also we will build to suit a secure storage room for an additional fee. Property sits on 4.6 acres.First and last months rent and utilities plus a $800 Damage deposit required up front. That totals $3,440.
