Apartment Complex Haven on Highland Gallery | Apartments in Salt Lake City The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, pickleball court, BBQs, playground, and other amenities. We’re right across from a convenience market, an Italian bakery/cafe, and multiple bus stops. There are restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. Super close to Sugarhouse and Holladay. Salt Lake City is a 16 minute drive. Parking is uncovered unless you want a reserved covered spot for $38 a month. Apartment The third floor apartment is newly refurbished with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), in-unit washer and dryer, AC and heating, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a shower/bathtub combo). 965sq ft. Shared spaces The living room has a large couch and roku TV. The kitchen has lots of cabinetry, a built-in microwave, and new appliances. There’s counter eating room and a breakfast table. One bathroom is quite large with a standup shower. The two previous tenants shared this bathroom. The other is smaller but has the shower/bathtub combo. Currently, this bathroom is only used by the remaining tenant (who pays a bit more in rent), but happy to talk about dividing the space and rent up differently! Room The available bedroom is carpeted, has its own closet, and space for a queen sized bed and desk or other piece of furniture. Monthly rent is $640. You would also need to pay out the previous tenant’s portion of the security deposit which is $166. The room is available for a move-in between July 1st and August 1st. The lease would end August 1st 2027. Utilities Utilities (WIFI, power, gas) usually come out to $110 a month shared three ways, so about $36. Roommates Sadie (remaining tenant) is 26 female (she/her). She works as a highschool librarian and likes books, yoga, and watching thrillers and competition TV. Tai (new tenant) is 24 male (he/him). He works in a medical lab processing position and likes books, cooking, video games, and movies. Sadie and Tai are co-workers-turned-friends. We’re looking for a third roommate who is respectful of shared spaces, relatively tidy, and down with sharing space with two queer people.
