Private upstairs room with your own dedicated bathroom — not shared, not "near-private" — in a quiet 3-bedroom house on Ogden's east bench. Available Nov 1. $900/month is the whole rent bill: Wi-Fi, gas, and electricity are all included. No utility accounts to set up, no split to add on top each month. The room: large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and good natural light. A queen bed frame and mattress are included if you want them, or bring your own furniture. The house: Furnished common areas, theater room, in-unit laundry, central A/C and heat, and off-street driveway parking (no garage). It's a quiet cul-de-sac with mature trees — a house, not a big apartment complex. Location: about a 15-minute walk to Weber State and the McKay-Dee area, easy Highway 89 access for commuting south, and about 14 miles to Hill Air Force Base. Trails and golf are close by, too. Good to know: one person, no cats or dogs, 12-month lease to start then month-to-month, and a background/credit check before move-in. Come see it first — nothing is due just to take a look. Message me a little about yourself, your Nov 1 timing, and whether you'd want the bed, and we'll set up a showing. I'll walk through the full move-in costs with you in person at the showing, before you apply or decide anything, so there are no surprises.
