Student housing, 6 bedroom appt with 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, one living space, and one kitchen. The bedrooms have a small to medium size closet (depending on what you consider large or small). I was also able to bring a dresser and a tv to fit in the room. The room comes with its own bed, dresser, desk and chair with plenty of power outlets.
