Cabin is next to the river that runs directly to the resort and if a person wanted to it is just a short walking distance to Sundance. Surrounded by attractive small and middle sized cabins in the area that rent on a nightly basis for $350 to $850 a night and then rent on a yearly basis for $100,000, when this cabin rents for $1985 a month. One of the few cabins at Sundance next to the river and also where you can walk straight down to the river and then afterwards could have a barbecue outside. The atmosphere next to the river is very soothing where turkeys run wild and the larges tree at Sundance and other very tall trees seem to block the horizon. Can sleep a maximum of 2. The cabin contains everything you need to live in and would be know for Location, Location, Location and finally just Location. PS number 1. Only cabin that I know of at Sundance that rents strictly monthly. PS number 2. It is necessary to have 4 wheel drive vehicles to guarantee access when it snows. PS number 3. Cabin is under sale and real estate agents and accompanying buyers have access to the cabin at any time. PS number 3. In order to avoid noise ordinance compliance, the noise of dogs and other pets should be under control. PS number 4. There is also a North Fork Special Service bill of about $130 a month, which covers Fire, Water, Emergency Services and other Sundance services, which happens to be the lowest at Sundance.
