This house is owned by my parents. I sleep in one of the rooms and the room next-door is empty, but it’s fully furnished. The rent would help pay their mortgage. There is no deposit and all utilities are included. The only thing you would have to pay is $650 due the first day of every month. The month of May would be prorated since we are already a few days into the month. We are very clean people and very nice. You are welcome to the whole house. We have indoor laundry. I’m here all the time so if you need to come at night, that’s no problem. It has a basketball court, trampoline, and it will have a swimming pool. There is a huge park down the street.
