We have a wonderful basement apartment, located in a beautiful well established safe, neighborhood. You don't have to spend your weekends at the laundry mat. It has a shared washer and dryer for your clothes. You don not pay utilities. WiFi is not included. Also, you have one spot on the driveway to park on.
