Shared 1 year lease with option to get out of the lease early if you find someone to fill the room. Couples welcome. New lease starts end of May. Second level room is available now and the main level room will be available at the end of April. Creative community space for students, artists and musicians. Decent sized rooms with closet space and built in shelving/storage cabinets(main level room). There is currently a desk and futon in the main level room and a twin bed, shelving and chairs in the second level room if needed. Storage shed in the backyard. Excellent location. Close to bus stops all around the Avenues, 5 minute walk to Smiths Grocery and multiple cafes and parks. Close to Memory Grove/Capital building. 5-minute drive to downtown SLC. Will need to be able to pass a background check($45 non refundable fee) and put down a deposit (1 months rent) + first months rent. Utilities are around $75-100 a month.
