Shady yard with hammock and gardening space. ~1400 square foot house with a living room upstairs and another one downstairs. Because of COVID, we are mostly using the upstairs, with the large basement area (bedroom, bathroom, and living room) mostly for our renter. Private bathroom and entry door to basement. Mini fridge downstairs, shared full kitchen upstairs. About 1/3 of the time we have a 12 year old boy staying with us. Background and credit check required. No smoking indoors, no drugs, no pets. We have a family member who works with cancer patients, so we would prefer someone who is vaccinated. $700/month + $50 utilities. First and last months rent plus $700 security deposit due before move-in.
