Here is my process for application. 1 - make an appointment to come see the property. 2 - if you want to apply I will ask you verbally all the questions that are on the application. 3 - if you pass the verbal interview I will take a $200 deposit and process your application and do background checks. 4 - if there are no surprises (meaning you didn’t lie to me) then we move forward with the rental contract. If you did try to hide/lie then I deduct $60 per applicant and return the rest of the deposit to you. Security deposit is $1200. 1 year minimum contract required.
