Most rooms have new LVP flooring, except the smaller bedrooms which are carpeted (the master bedroom is LVP) and new tile in the laundry room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room with a gorgeous mantle and shelving. The master bedroom is quite large and has its own door to the bathroom, which has a shower with 2 heads and a privacy glass window you can open. Downstairs has two more bedrooms and an office, a bathroom, a family room, and the laundry room (which has LOTS of storage). It has a 2 car garage and a large shed outside for storage. The whole lot is large and the backyard is huge and fully fenced. Tenants are expected to maintain the yard! There is a sprinkler system.
