Room1 ($650): Upstairs, brand new LVP and across the hall from the shared bath (which would be shared with me only, when I am in town, or 2 to 3 days per week). Room2 ($850): Private, gigantic, downstairs bedroom for rent with a private bathroom. Brand new carpet and bathroom flooring. I am in the process of fully furnishing the common areas. Kitchen and living rooms come furnished, the bedrooms for rent do not. The house comes with: - Brand new washer/dryer - brand new flooring throughout the entire home. - A/C (central air) - Heat (forced air) - Garage access and garage parking (if desired, no extra charge). - Well kept yard, raised garden beds - ALL utilities included including internet. Deposit is the same as 1 month's rent. Pet friendly on a case-by-case basis with a nonrefundable deposit, no monthly pet rent required. The house currently does not have any pets. 6,9, and 12 month leases available with month-to-month after. Shorter leases may be considered with a small monthly surcharge. About me: I work several days per week in another town, so I'm not necessarily around a lot. I'm 32, male, and a postdoctoral researcher studying earthquake seismology. I like to do all sorts of things outdoors and am clean and respectful. About you: A young professional, graduate student, nurse, etc. Ideally we would have something in common, but that isn't necessary as long as you are clean and respectful. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have decent credit, plus some sort of verification of income (job offer, stipend, etc). No smoking permitted on-site.
