PlEASE READ. Something I forgot to put in here is that there is a one bedroom apartment with a separate entrance in the basement that is current rented to a great guy. I know that is an issue for some people. Just painted the entire inside and put in new carpet. Located in a very quite neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
