No smoking in house but yes on property. No pets. Open sharing of upstairs kitchen. 1st months rent $1100 plus deposit $275.00 to move in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month in cashiers check or direct deposit. After the 5th there will be a $25.00 late fee added. Beautiful home and safe neighborhood. I have a nice lawn front and back.
