Available July 30, or sooner, if necessary. I am a 22-year-old male looking for one roommate to share a very nice 2 bedroom apartment in Cottonwood Heights, about 2 minutes off the I-215 2000 E exit. The apartment is in the Royal Farm complex (Google it for more info) which includes a ton of amenities including a pool, dog park, weight room, sand volleyball, bbq area, playground, hot tub and more. The unit includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, living room, etc. It comes fully furnished, with the exception of bedroom furniture. Pets are welcome, although I don't have a pet. I like to keep a clean apartment and am quiet, but friendly. I work security at the airport, so I have passed an in-depth background check.
