This is a clean, tight house that needs to be seen to be appreciated. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a very nice, private landscape with lots of trees. One side of the home has a landscaped, paved walking path recently constructed by the city. The house was built in the 1940's and remodeled with an addition in 1992. It has a separate, two-car garage, but has no garage doors. The upstairs bathroom is small, but the kitchen and living room areas are spacious. It has a fiberoptic box on site and is ready to be hooked up to the house as needed. This was our home for 20 years and then was rented to our parents for another 20. They have recently moved to an assisted living facility and we are renting the property to help cover that cost. We are first time landlords and trying to learn as we go along.
