We have recently finished our basement and We have 2 big dogs with a big back yard and a 1 year old daughter. We have already rented out one of the rooms so only one left, it will be a shared bathroom between both tenets and shared living spaces. We have a flat rate of $750 that includes utilities as well, we are pet friendly and are open to discussion if you have a pet you are wanting to bring, rent will be more though.
