The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Approximately 1100 sq ft on main, another 1100 sq ft in basement. It has a swamp cooler, washer/dryer, and stove/fridge. The backyard is fenced with automatic sprinklers and a patio. It has a 2 car garage and a long private driveway with plenty of street parking. No parking permits are required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. No smoking. No animals. 5-minute drive to U of U .
