We have 2 big dogs, they are very friendly. But that means no cat or dogs allowed. Utilities are additional Washer and dryer on the second floor. Xeroscape in the backyard. The house doesn't have much furniture, but the main areas will be filled. You just need to bring your bed setting. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. The backyard faces the mountain and sometimes you can see coyotes, quails, jackrabbits and other wild animals.
