You must be a non smoker/vaper with no criminal background (no felonies or misdemeanors), Each floor has its own kitchen and laundry room. All rooms are for single occupancy. If another wishes to stay in the room, $200/month will be added to the rent. Max of two people per each room. Parking is available on the street but a garage spot can be had for additional $100/month.
