The house will be shared with other renters. Current roommates are two quiet males around their 40's/50's. Looking for clean, quiet, and respectful individuals, must have a full-time job with a similar work schedule to other renters, roughly between 6am-8pm. No work from home, swing shifts or on-call positions. Utilities = $50 month, and $75 during the more extreme months of Jan/Feb & Jul/Aug (when the heat/ac bill 2-3x). Includes Google Fiber 1gb (can easily upgrade to 2gb if needed) + wifi. Common/Shared rooms = kitchen, dining, living, laundry, food pantry. Vehicles/Parking = only one vehicle per person, uncovered parking No garage use or storage available. Deposit = One month rent, of which 80% is refundable, minus any damage/repairs that would be deducted. Since the rooms are close together, overnight guests, night schedules, or cooking meals at 1am-3am, is unfortunately not compatible with other roommate sleeping/work schedules (awake by 5am-6am).
