The space Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8): • Master bedroom with a cozy queen bed • Kid-friendly room featuring a unique triple bunk with 3 full-sized mattresses (sleeps 6!) • Plus, a Pack ’n Play for your tiniest explorer Kid-Approved Kitchen: • Fully equipped for easy family meals • Children’s dinnerware & highchairs • Cooking essentials: instant pot, crockpot, blender, coffee maker and much more! Family-Ready Bathrooms: • Two full baths in the home, stocked with: • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Hairdryer for added convenience Outdoor Fun Zone: • Grill up some family favorites, or relax on the deck with a TV, ceiling fan, and outdoor heater. • Kids can go wild with a playground built for endless fun—sandbox, swings, netted trampoline, climbing dome, and yes, a fairy garden for extra magic! Indoor Play Haven: • A full-wall chalkboard lets kids get artsy, and Roku TVs in every room keep everyone entertained. • A vending machine packed with affordable snacks that every kid will have fun with! • There’s even a bunk bed with a slide, because... why not? • Shelves are stocked with children’s books, coloring books, toys, and games for all ages—even rainy days are a blast here! Within minutes, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, parks/dog parks, and shopping. Who Kidz Kottage May Not Be For: • Big Adult Groups: More than 6 adults (adult-like, ie. teenagers) might feel a bit cramped here! This space is designed for family fun, but smaller adult groups are still welcome—just don’t be surprised if the swings, snacks, and sandbox call your name 😉 • Luxury Seekers: If you’re after pristine decor, luxury linens, or worry about every ding and scratch, this may not be your style. Kidz Kottage is all about big imaginations, play, and letting kids be kids. We’ve created this space for kids’ fun and parents’ relaxation. We hope you find that here at the Kidz Kottage! EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THE PICS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL!!! For a rental agreement longer than 6 months, we will allow you to remove some of our furnishings if you have your own furnishings/belongings that you would prefer instead. If you choose this option, then the monthly rate can be negotiated based on what you choose to keep. (Not lower than $2,000 per month.)
