The apartment is fully furnished and completely renovated. It is a third floor apartment and as such has a view towards downtown Salt Lake City to the west. From the apartment it is a short walk to the University of Utah (U of U) campus. It is also located near the U of U Medical Center, SL Regional (Holy Cross) Hospital, Huntsman Cancer Center, Primary Children's Hospital, and Shriner's Hospital. A UTA bus runs from the University Campus to downtown SLC and the stop is one block east of the house. Another UTA bus route runs up and down 100 So. and picks up at the corner (30 ft) from the house. Many local points of interest are very close or easily accessible by public transportation, scooter rental, bicycle, or pay transportation.
