Master bedroom has a remote controlled, adjustable queen-sized bed along with a large walk-in closet. Fifth bedroom can be a bedroom or easily converted to an office to satisfy your needs. We will take care of the utilities so YOU won't have to worry about additional monthly bills, hookup fees, switching names/account, etc. Up to two dogs allowed ($100 per animal per month with a $100 security deposit for each). FYI: We offer this home to short term renters (less than 30 days), mid-term renters (30 days to 365 days), and long-term renters (greater than 365 days). If you would like to lease for at least 6 months, we will drop the price to $3,000 per month with a $3,000 security deposit. If you desire more than 12 months, please let us know. As a side note: If your move-in date is not the first or end of the month, we will prorate the days that you rent. If you desire to move out in the middle of the month, we ask that you give us the 30 days notice and we will gladly prorate for the days that you live in the home.
