Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, less than five minutes from I-15, walking trails, several parks, and Rowley's Red Barn (you must try their ice cream), & a short ride from Santaquin Canyon. Within 30 minutes of 4 major hospitals, and 2 universities, it's the perfect place for traveling medical professionals or professors. The house comes fully furnished. Basic utilities (gas, city, power, water, internet, and electric) paid by owner. Up to two dogs allowed ($100 per animal a month). No smoking within the home. Two driveway parking spots and street parking in spring and summer months. Guest staying longer than a week need to be included on lease. Background check required, paid by renter, and applied to first month's rent. Can lease for 1-12 months on a month by month basis. If you need more than 12 months, we can negotiate another contract. We require first and last month's rent, along with security deposit. $500 of security deposit will be withheld for cleaning purposes upon your vacating the property.
