This is a private room and bathroom in a shared home. The kitchen, living room, and dining areas are shared with the other tenants. Due to city code restrictions, we can only rent this room to a single person. Utopia Internet is included in the rent. You'll split the power bill with the other tenants, but there is solar installed so it should be inexpensive. The room is not furnished. No pets, no smoking.
