quite family friendly neighborhood. parking available. just finished completing this apartment. floors are all epoxy grey. pocket door in the bathroom separating the toilet and shower from the sink. the laundry room is in the closet of the second bedroom. full kitchen is in an open concept living room space. i will try to upload video and photos eventually.
