Looking for a roommate to move in to this wonderful spot near 9&9! Currently there are 2 human tenants (M30 & F30) and one dog (F7). We would love for a like-minded individual (male or female around our age range) to move in around July 1st. Lease is 1 year. Both of us work from home but live social lives and are involved in a lot of activities such as sports teams, music, running, camping, skiing, etc. Home has a TON of storage space and is in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to downtown, 9&9th, Liberty Park, etc. *Person must be dog-friendly, but is not expected to take on any responsibilities. No additional animals are allowed. Room for rent is located upstairs with a shared bathroom. Home has a washer & dryer located in the basement. Landlord covers waste disposal and water, so tenants are responsible for gas, power, and internet. After utilities, rent comes to approximately $12-1300.
